How many people can the event center and/or roof terrace accommodate?
The event center has a maximum capacity of 200 people.
What is included in the rental package?
Tables, chairs, choice of linens, podium, AV system, microphones, projection screen, two large monitors.
What is included on the Rooftop Terrace?
Portable audio system, portable bar, fireplace, chairs, tables, six bistro tables.
Do you offer catering packages?
No, but we have a list of preferred vendors. There is no additional charge to use the caterer of your choice.
What kind of deposit is required?
$250 for a private event; $500 for wedding receptions.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. After a deposit has been made, we can arrange a plan. All balances are required to be paid in full 14 days prior to your event. The deposit will be returned after the event.
Is alcohol allowed on site?
Yes. You may provide alcohol for your event and hire our bartenders to serve it. Or you may go through a licensed bar service. Guests or participants may not bring alcoholic beverages into the event or take alcoholic beverages out of the event. Security is required for all events serving alcohol, including beer, wine, champagne or hard liquor.
